Great Neck, Ipswich - A House Transformed

This was a small home that was originally intended to be a vacation home. A second floor was added with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, one being a master suite that overlooks the water. The basement became a rec room, bedroom, bathroom and laundry area. The open floor plan on the main level leads out to decks and a beautifully laid out patio and pool area. The homeowners made a decision to make this home their primary residence in order to feel like they were on vacation all of the time.
