Newburyport - Classic In-Town Home

This three-story gem was designed and built to fit in with the other homes on this quaint Newburyport street. Outside, the stone and brick work, along with the shuttered windows and railings, fit in with the classic New England character of the town. Inside, the owners wanted an open concept, with clean, straight lines, striking architectural details, and hardwood floors throughout. Even though the lot was rather small, we were able to build a 3000+ square foot home that has 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, as well as a garage, which is a real plus in Newburyport.
